World of Warcraft - Item Upgrading
item upgrading, visit the following web page, allows players to boost the gear score of an item to 700 and add an additional perk. Items can be upgraded if they're in your inventory and you take them to the kiln.
Certain items can be upp'd for their unique stats (like perfect made breakpoint armour that can be rolled to use in melee PvP) and others, like weapons, don't change much post upgrade, so they aren't worth upgrading.
Weapons
Weapons can be upgraded to boost their numeric stats such as the chance to crit, attack damage PvE and PvP damage. Weapons also come with a flat bonus that increases their damage per second. Some weapons also have a fixed bonus which is activated when three or more identical weapons are equipped in a unit. This bonus may exceed the damage a weapon upgrade can do on its own.
The cost of upgrading a weapon depends on its rarity and level. For instance the weapon with a +2 rating will require two regular Smithing Stones to upgrade while an upgrade of +3 requires four. The number of stones required to upgrade a weapon will increase until it requires more Smithing Stones. At that point, it will reset back to one.
Upgrades to weapons also alter the stats of their base. While this is usually a good thing however, it could have negative consequences too. Upgrades can make things inaccessible, unless you're exceptionally lucky.
The ability to upgrade armor items to increase their effectiveness. For example, if you upgrade a helm or chest, this will increase the defense of its base, while a belt and gloves will enhance their required strength and dexterity. Armor also has a reroll option for its Enhanced Defense percentage, which means that it may change its roll to a lower value.
The upgrade template of a weapon will show the new stats it will gain upon upgrading along with the relative value of those stats. This means that the weapon will gain an attack damage of 3% if it is upgraded from an 8 attack damage sword to an 11 attack damage sword. However, the 3% doesn't mean that it will strike 3 times less often because it's an absolute statistic.
A weapon can be rerolled by pressing the green button, which is accompanied by arrows that circle in the item menu. This will reroll an item and alter its stats but not reset the weapon's levels or bind it to account status.
Armor
Making a few improvements to your armor can make a a huge difference in your ability to survive. Certain sets provide massive increases in poison or curse, fire, and magic resistance, which makes traversing tough areas a breeze. Generally speaking, the more defense your character has, the more value you get from every point of health you have, so it's important to improve your armor as often as you can.
To improve your armor, head to any of the Great Fairy Fountains in the game. There are four Great Fairy Fountains within the game, and to unlock each one you must complete a side quest that involves the Stable Trotters. Once you've completed the primary side quest and have completed the corresponding fountain, you can then talk to any Great Fairy to open up the armor upgrading menu.
The amount of materials required to upgrade each piece of armor will vary. It is possible to use anything between three Red Chuchu jelly and 10 Rupees to upgrade your first armor piece, and anywhere between five Rubies or 10 Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns to upgrade the next one. For example the Champion Leathers could be upgraded to +5 defense, allowing you to keep pace with a good-sized group of enemies in the majority of cold conditions, and the Snowquill Headdress can be upgraded up to +20 defense, giving you enough protection to survive the full-on assault with a handful of friends.
You can't upgrade armor the same as weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior then you should concentrate on upgrading your armor for physical strength or spell power. It is also recommended to save your armor upgrades to upgrade the armor you'll still wear by the end of the story, such as the Ring of Lightning, Spectral Shield or the mask you use in the final boss fight The Monter Parts Merchant Mask.
By giving the jeweler 10 Twinkling Titanite in Gerudo Town and you will be able to unlock some perks on your armor. You'll typically want to keep these upgrades for the weapon you'll use to beat the game. For example, the Longsword or Battleaxe. But it's useful to have a few upgrades to the armor on your chest and helmets to allow you to get around a few monsters.
Potions
Potions are liquids that, when consumed by the player, give a temporary effect. There are five types of potions, each having specific effects and durations. Some potions may be upgraded, enhancing their effectiveness. You can also increase the effects of certain potions by adding glowstone dust and redstone.
Upgrades to potion require a certain amount of XP. This can be obtained by crafting them on a craft table or by placing them in the Alchemist chest. The upgrade price varies depending on the type of potion and the Best item upgrade's rarity and Mark Level.
To upgrade a potions simply right-click on it in your inventory. Then select "Upgrade" from the menu. This will open a GUI where you can choose the potions you wish to upgrade and the amount of XP they will produce when upgraded. You can upgrade potions in batches up to five at once, and their XP will be added to the total XP you have.
Once a potion is upgraded in quality, it will not deteriorate until you make use of it again or break the bottle in which it is kept. Clicking on the potion in your inventory will allow you to rename it.
There were a few changes to potion mechanics in version 1.7.2. For example, splash potions now have a duration of 0.08 seconds (this is not the same as 22.5 seconds displayed on the hover display of the Best item upgrade). The table of potion now crafted from four Wood Planks, and two Glass. It is now able to be utilized in both Survival and Bedrock. In contrast to the Java Edition, Bedrock edition potions cannot be mixed in cauldrons. The same is true for using a potion in an empty cauldron. This will deplete the potion and refill the bottle.
Lastly, there are now lingering potions that are made using dragon breath and splash potions. Redstone can also be added to lingering potions to extend their effects. The table of potions has been rearranged to look more like the Java Edition. New potions have also been added, for instance, the potion of leaping and decomposition.
Trinkets
A trinket can be an ornamental item that is small, cheap or piece of jewelry. It can also refer to an ornament or object that serves a function but isn't important such as a trinket. In certain cultures, a trinket is a way to show affection or friendship between family members.
Players can upgrade trinkets in addition to weapons and armor, as well as potions. Upgrades can be purchased by paying the appropriate currency to an upgrade vendor. Unlike other item upgrades trinkets, trinkets can be traded out at any time without losing their status.
The upgrade vendors are found in major cities and in the capital of each zone, and in some cases, dungeons. Upgrades for trinkets are purchased using tokens, gold or fragments of a rare trinket.
Upgrading a trinket is a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new one. It is possible to upgrade players for less than 12 tokens. The new trinket has the same level of base as the previous trinket however, it will also come with an additional 1% bonus upgrade item.
Trinkets can be re-upgraded once the old ones are no longer useful and allows players to increase their power and worth over time. They can be traded among players, making them an alternative to gold.
Players should upgrade their most important items first. This means that the top-in slot items for each class are first upgraded, followed by their secondary gear, and then other pieces of equipment that won't replace anytime soon (such as a ring or an cloak). When choosing which items to upgrade, players should also take into account their class's preferred statistics. If Haste and Crit are two of the most important stats for a tank player then they should consider upgrading their chest, helm, and shoulders.
Trinkets can be re-upgraded to a higher ilvl once they are no longer useful, and the new trinket will have an additional bonus of 1% for upgrading. However, a re-upgrade can ruin the previous trinket in the event that it is not salvaged using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or a higher-tier salvage tool. Upgrades to trinkets can be more expensive than other upgrades but still less expensive than buying new ones.
